Replacement Returns Label

If you no longer have your returns form, you can get a royal mail label from http://pavers.returns.international

Postal Returns

You can return any item(s) to us via the Post Office, over 5,900 CollectPlus stores or 600 ASDA locations within 45 days of receipt.

Simply complete returns form on the back of the despatch note and enclose it, together with your returned item(s), inside the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without this information

If you took out 99p ‘returns paid’ at point of purchase use of the pre paid label is free. If you did not opt for ‘returns paid’ we will deduct £2.50 from your refund (unless faulty). Don’t forget you can always return your items to one of our stores nationwide.

We ask that you return the goods to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging, within 45 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days.

Exclusions to our 45 day money back refund policy. Socks, Tights, Gel Cushions, Arch Supports, Insoles and any sealed items.  These items can only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with your legal rights and any other terms provided to you at the time of purchase.

Royal Mail Home Collection Service

The Royal Mail have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home. 

Simply use the returns address sticker provided with your order and book a collection suitable for you by visiting the Royal Mail website. 


Returns via Post Office

Peel off the RM returns label from your delivery note and attach it on the outside of the parcel over your address

Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.

Returns via ASDA Stores

You can return your order at over 600 Asda stores! 

Here’s how to return using ASDA:

  • If you have received an ASDA return label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not visit the ASDA website here to print a label at home or you can print one in store. 
  • Take your labelled parcel to the ASDA signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient ASDA location; remember to include your returns note!
  • ASDA will do the rest
  • Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here


Returns via a CollectPlus store

Write your order number on the CollectPlus label.

Peel off the returns label from the CollectPlus document and attach it on the outside of the parcel over your address.

Find your nearest CollectPlus store at www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk or download the CollectPlus app where you can find a store, add this parcel to your account and track your return quickly and easily.

Available for iOS and Android, search Collectplus on the App Store or Google Play.

Take your parcel to any of the 5,900 local CollectPlus stores. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.

International Returns

You can arrange simple, low cost returns from the following locations by visiting http://pavers.returns.international . Using your local postal service you can send the goods back to us for a small fee.

If you require an exchange


To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund. 

We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
